Parts Sales Executive- Emalahleni, Mpumalanga My client, at a well-established dealership, is looking for a Parts Sales Executive with dealership experience to join them asap Qualifications: National Senior Certificate (Matric) is a must.
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role Strong product knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using dealership management software and basic computer skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers, service advisors, and technicians.
Provide expert advice on product selection and compatibility.
Manage inventory, order parts, and handle non-stock items as needed.
Process sales transactions and provide quotes.
Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships.
Accurately locate, order, and issue parts per job card requirements.
Receive and handle special part orders promptly.
Minimize risks and uphold security measures.
Stay updated on products and industry trends.
Support showroom displays and marketing efforts.
Attend departmental meetings as required Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals.
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
