Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Guidance and Support:

Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at optimal prices and terms.
Assess client needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.

Negotiation and Consultation:

Facilitate negotiations, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Ensure fair and honest dealings throughout the process.

Property Valuation and Marketing:

Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values.
Market properties to potential buyers through various channels, including showings, open houses, and advertising.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare necessary documentation, such as contracts, mandates, and listings.
Maintain and update property listings.

Networking and Professional Development:

Build relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.

Education & Experience

2+ years of experience as a real estate agent
Valid and current Fidelity Fund Certificate
NQF 4 with PDE already written or awaiting results
