RESPONSIBILITIES Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekendsPromote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)Monitor on-site staffMonitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipmentPromote safety for employees and customersSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma, some College preferredPrior experience in a supervisor-level roleProven conflict management skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in all situationsAbility to work nights and/or weekendsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
