The position fluctuates between direct, one-on-one assistance and background support.The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in a classroom setting and be open and willing to accommodate unique needs in an inclusive environment.Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15.16 - $16.57. The hourly range increases to $16.55 - $18.09 on September 1, 2024.Minimum requirements:High school diploma/GEDPrior experience with children required, 6+ months paraprofessional experience preferred.Criminal Background Check required for hire.The position is open until filled.Durango 4C Council/Tri-County Head Start is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Apply online at tchs4c.org/careers/
