Paralegal / Conveyancer

Our client a large Legal Firm in Durban is currently recruiting for a Paralegal / Conveyancer to start soonest at their offices.
Duties & Responsibilities: Registration of subdivision, consolidation, and servitudes.
Drafting of commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial)  Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication, and liaising with relevant parties.
Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.
Facilitating and Finalizing cancellations.
Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures.
Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time management and organisational skills coupled with the ability to be detail-oriented.
Minimum Requirements:  Matric / National Diploma or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 Years experience working in a conveyancing environment Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank, and Nedbank
