Job RequirementsBachelors degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.Job DutiesDevelop and implement effective paid search strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and maximising ROI.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaign performance and identify new expansion opportunities.Create and manage paid search campaigns on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Instagram, and Facebook..Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to optimise conversion rates and improve overall campaign effectiveness.Manage budgets, bids, and ad spend allocation to ensure optimal performance and efficient use of resources.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge in the paid search landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align paid search efforts with overall business goals and objectivesExperience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus, but not required.Salary R15 000 to R25 000 Medical Aid and Pension Employee Discounts
