Reference: 9652 SJ Consultant: SoneJohnsonJob Description:Managing a workforce of over 250 workers in season and 30 out of season.Planning all production and logistics.Liaising with customers to complete and deliver orders in an efficient and timeous manner under pressure.Working with the QA team to ensure compliance against all customer standards as well as ensuring compliance with quality documentation that requires completion and verification.Qualifications:Have good experience in packhouse/production Management.Have a good understanding of various Quality Standards such as HAACP, FSSC22000, SIZA & Farming for the Future. Completion of an accredited FSSC22000 course would be an advantage.Have excellent communication skills and be able to manage large teams of workers. The position requires the candidate to effectively manage and delegate responsibilities to employees and ensure adherence and discipline.
