Packhouse Manager

Seeking experienced Packhouse Manager to lead operations, drive efficiency, and ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Business Development, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
5-10 years experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role within the food, beverages, or manufacturing facility
Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a strong record of building successful teams
Able to work in a highly competitive market space and drive results through operational implementation
Strong planning and execution skills, with a focus on structured management
Ability to work long hours and overtime, with a can-do attitude
