Job Summary:

Directing all operational aspects including Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer service, Human Resources administration, Payroll and administration.
Skills Development - Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel through HR.
Accounting duties - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tip-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Skills and Attributes:

Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Results driven and customer focused.
Leadership and human resources management skills.
Proven work experience as a sales representative.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Positive attitude and demeanor in front of staff.
Willingness to work long hours.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualification is a Matric Certificate / Grade 12.
A tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum 8-10 years working experience in a similar or related role.
