KEY PERFORMANCE AREASDirecting all operational aspects including: Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer service, Human Resources administration, Payroll and administration.Skills Development - Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel through HR.Accounting duties - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plansProviding complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tip-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.Sales and Branch TargetsLogistics and vehicle control Ensure latest Supplier price lists are updated and shared with the Sales forceDevelop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plansBudget managementREQUIREMENTSTertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous8 - 10 years experience in similar role
