Fill in times and temperature on packing time sheet to ensure packing is doneFollow correct packing procedures as well as the exact cooling procedures and packing pump speedsDocumentation to be completed in full and correctly. Fill in correct times and names on packing, tank sterilization and tank labelsFollow all Company policies and safety procedures. Ensure good working relationships with colleagues and supervisorsFollow shift change over policies by communicating any problems to the new shiftEnsure that there are no foreign objects in product. Ensure that all fruit products packed with filters are emptied into a bucket for sorting by QC e.g. sludgeEnsure that 1kg/500grams sample bucket is taken every batch that is produced for the day.
