Pack House Manager

Requirements:Matric with relevant qualificationsBackground in citrus/table grapes packing industry with minimum 10 years' in a similar roleTechnical or Administration backgroundMust be willing to work irregular and long hoursResponsibilities:The position will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the pack house, including fruit sizer and all aspects of production, systems, cold stores, degreening, staff, quality management.Focus on production efficiency, quality specification of fruit and fruit packing as well as adhering to our fruit handling protocol.
