Making of Sales on leads - (No cold calling).Reach set sales targets.Correspond with students via email and do follow ups.Capture accurate data.Student liaison (telephone & email).Qualifications:Sales Training in a previous call centre a must.National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational).Marketing / Sales or Business Management Certificate/Diploma (Recommended).Experience:3 years' experience in a sales call centre (A must).You must have worked in a target-driven sales call centre business environment.Knowledge And Skills:Professional demeanour.Communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at a basic level.Ability to work well under pressure.Self-motivated and self-disciplined.Good problem-solving techniques & negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in an open plan environment.Willing and able to work extra hours, outside normal business hours as and when required.Clear criminal and credit record.Additional Requirements:Willing and able to work shifts within a 45hr work week (Monday to Friday mainly and some Saturdays per month).Experience in the Education & Training Sector is advantageous.Ability to travel easily to Stellenbosch, where our campus is situated.Fluent in English; an African Language is an advantage.Desired Skills:Telesales.Outbound.Objection Handling.Customer Service & Sales.Call centre experience.Desired Work Experience:1 to 2 years.Desired Qualification Level:Grade 12 / Matric.
