Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Representative
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Hours: Full-time, UK working hours (9am - 6pm or similar shift)
Salary: R25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team, making outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our mortgage advisory services. You will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact, engaging with clients and coordinating appointments for our UK-based advisors. This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to support clients with an empathetic approach, guiding them toward helpful solutions and creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our mortgage advisory services
Schedule appointments for clients with our mortgage advisors based on their availability and needs
Maintain a positive, supportive attitude when engaging with clients, many of whom may have faced challenges with other lenders
Accurately log and track all interactions within our CRM system (Pipedrive experience is beneficial)
Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely, professional manner that reflects our brand's values of empathy and support
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or outbound calling role, ideally within customer service or sales
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Demonstrated ability to nurture relationships and provide empathetic customer support
Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive preferred, though not required)
A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong time-management skills
