The Opportunity Outbound marketers at Electrum play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts through conceptualising and rolling out proactive campaign strategies.

You will work with leading banks, retailers and mobile network operators at a time when the payments industry is undergoing unprecedented innovation.
Requirements The role You will play a crucial role in defining the go-to-market strategy.
You will combine strategic planning with creative content development and seamless execution to support pipeline growth with both new and existing clients.
You will do this using your great communication skills and cross team collaboration while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
During your day, you will: Design and execute multi-tactical marketing campaigns and programmes, across relevant go-to-market channels Leverage market and user research to identify the best way to reach new and existing client personas within our ideal customer profile Draft the content that will showcase our products unique value and support your campaign including key messaging, landing pages, newsletters, adverts and promotional materials Optimise campaign conversion rates through analysis and client feedback Prepare performance reports for campaign optimisation and monthly business reviews Work closely with the product and sales teams to align with product messaging and sales goals Requirements A Bachelor's degree preferably with marketing A minimum of 5 years experience working as a campaign manager Account based marketing experience Preference will be given to experience in marketing complex B2B technology within the enterprise financial services software industry Additional skills Evidence of successful campaign creation and execution Good writing skills Great communication skills Curious about software driven technology Able to build campaigns for a complex B2B environment Project management experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Highly motivated, self-starter Experience with Google Suite and Google Analytics Exposure to tools such as Hubspot, Asana, social media analytics, etc Understanding of POPIA Benefits Benefits and a bit about our culture A good work-life balance is very important at Electrum.
