The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns, maintaining calendars, and assisting with touchpoints that enhance customer engagement and retention.

Requirements Build, edit, and deploy email campaigns using ESP tools, ensuring alignment with brand voice and email performance best practices.
Support the setup and optimization of lifecycle email flows, driving revenue and engagement.
Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Asana, ensuring projects stay organized and meet deadlines.
Conduct A/B tests, monitor results, and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain an email calendar for promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing tests, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Perform thorough quality assurance on all email campaigns, ensuring functionality and accuracy across devices and platforms.
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to support campaigns and lifecycle initiatives.
Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (ESPs) like Klaviyo, Iterable, or Mailchimp.
Basic HTML knowledge for editing email templates.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com .
