Job DescriptionTo assess and enable organisational culture and drive effective change across the organisation. This leadership role will focus on developing and implementing initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, work with the Chief People Officer and Executive teams to develop a strong cultural foundation and facilitate transformative change in collaboration with Group Centres of Expertise.

Are you someone who can: Organisational Development:Design and implement comprehensive organisational development strategies that align with the bank's strategic objectives and promote a high-performance culture.Conduct assessments of the current organisational culture and structure, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to support employee engagement and performance.Culture Enhancement:Champion initiatives that reinforce the bank's core values and desired culture, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with Group Centres of Expertise to integrate best practices in organization development, organization design, culture, change and employee engagement into the cultural framework.Lead efforts to gather and analyse employee feedback, utilising insights to inform and refine cultural initiatives.Organisational Design:Where required, oversee the redesign of organisational structures to enhance agility, collaboration across boundaries, and optimisation across business units.Work closely with senior leaders to define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines that reflect strategic priorities and support effective decision-making.Leverage data-driven insights to guide organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.Business Transformation & Change Management:Support business transformation initiatives that enhance operational optimisation, client service, and overall profitability.Develop and implement robust change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions during periods of organisational change, ensuring minimal disruption.Engage with key stakeholders to communicate the vision, benefits, and progress of transformation efforts, ensuring alignment and support at all levels.Collaboration with Group Centres of Expertise:Partner with Group Centres of Expertise to develop and implement programs that support organisational development, organization design and cultural enhancement.Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration across business units to drive consistency and excellence in organisational practices.Ensure that organisational development initiatives reflect Group best practices while being tailored to meet local needs.Performance Metrics and Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of organisational development, cultural initiatives, and transformation efforts.Provide regular reports and updates to the Human Capital Executive and senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes of initiatives.You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Relevant Honours degree, preferably a master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in organisational development, change management, or a related area, preferably within the financial services sector.Proven track record of leading successful cultural and business transformation initiatives in complex organisational environments.Strong understanding of organisational design principles and methodologies, with a focus on cultural enhancement.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 08/11/24
