A specialist confectionery business is looking for a reliable Dispatch Supervisor to take charge of managing, organizing, and dispatching confectionery orders and products to its 21 branches in Gauteng.Must have a minimum of 3 years experience overseeing, coordinating, and handling orders in a demanding and high-volume settingMinimum of 3 years experience in supervising, guiding, and leading a teamStrong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of accountabilityProficient in MS Office and PC tasks, particularly Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of the Bakery/Confectionery industry is a bonusEffective communicator both verbally and in writingValid ID and a clean criminal record are required, driver's license is advantageousMatric qualification is a must along with a post-matric certification in administration and PC skillsDuties and Responsibilities:Receives orders from various branches, organizes orders, and schedules them for productionVerifies, matches, and reconciles orders to guarantee accuracy and timelinessCollaborates with the production manager to ensure precise and timely order fulfillmentManages the invoicing and dispatching of orders and standard confectionery items to branches
