Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Familiarity with performance tuning, backup, and restoration processes.Experience with system configuration, workflow creation, and customisation.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.
