Optimization Engineer

Job Requirements

Good understanding of: GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies
Well conversant with: Radio Network Performance Improvement
Analyze: the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quickly
Understand the issue: and plan improvement actions
Continuous improvement: in the Network performance indicators
Good understanding of: parameters and features working
Formulate and implement: network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers
Impart skills: to other technical team members
Minimum: 5 years of working experience in the field of Network Performance Improvement working with any OEM or with a leading Service Provider
Preferred: experience on latest ZTE systems
Proficient in: MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Strong: communication and presentation skills
Ownership & readiness: to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customer
Ability to work: as a team
Rich drive test experience: is a must
