Operations Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:




Weekly and monthly feedback to each portfolio of findings and progress in stores.
Provide exception reporting to VAS & Mobile field management.
Measurables across all VAS/hi in this role:


Leasing performance tracking.
3rd Party agent performance tracking.
VAS Target generation and tracking, including product specific drives.
Profit allocation Journal calculation.
Brand Exco Pack generation.
Brand hierarchy data maintenance.
Track and report on Excessive VAS enrolment.
Generate Insurance & Media audit and invoicing files for Metrosure, Edge & Tyme.
Track training completion for staff and 3rd party agents.
Calculate and load Hi Turnover splits.
Generate Mobile Stock and Sales Ops performance dashboards.




Qualifications and Experience:




Data Analytics Diploma or 2 years of practical Data Analytics experience.
3-5 years' Retail management experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
Knowledge of Mobile product retailing would be an advantage.
