We're looking for an Operations Supervisor for Rustenburg and Polokwane, South Africa y our leadership will help us improve client's experience when acting as POC for clients, line managers of Aggreko, Service Team & 3rd party Helpers. You will be actively involved in activities like manpower planning, leading site installs/ demob, site inventory & PAV of the assets & any other requirements as required by the site.
Leading by example for all QHSE related matters, you will be responsible for monitoring and meeting service team KPI's including but not limited to, sets in service, A / B servicing, time compliance etc.

Supervise/ leading commissioning/ decommissioning of equipment, whilst ensuring all Aggreko standards & SOPs are followed by conducting regular equipment & site installation inspections at client sites. Driving preset global operational directives & minimising service expenditure in line with the depot's target & set KPIs, ensuring all service-related documentation is completed in line with Aggreko procedures and process maps Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development, and training of direct reports & technical support to the clients and internal teams where applicable. Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data & resources reach out to Service Manger where appropriate. Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested. You'll have the following skills and experience: Must have experience previously in leading a team. Higher Education qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications with extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both. Comfortable in facing client with the ability to communicate effectively when required, empathize & understand the perspective of others. Fluent command of English language, spoken and written with effective communication. Good Keyboard skills and Computer literate. Must be able to do documentation & soft reporting. Capable of working on his own initiatives & able to work long hours in demanding conditions. Good experience in preventative maintenance and repairs – Major Engine Servicing and repairs, Operations & Maintenance.Experience with engine controllers –Must be capable of working in a restricted space and at heights up to 2.5 metres.Able to travel worldwide when required.Ability to support & coach others about Site Performance ManagementAbility to work autonomously when required.Ability to coach and mentorJoin us, bring your energy, and grow your career.
