Work Location:Towers West, HybridMore about the Area & Team:The role is within the Personal Loans Product area which is responsible for all loan products to customers.
Within the team, operations is a critical area that focuses on system and process enhancements to optimize customer and colleague experience More about the project:Problem to solveSolution/DeliverableAttractive Tech exposureAutomation of processes, recons etc.Developing AI to execute BAU repetitive tasksSupport with investigations, analysis and operational remediationJob Description / Responsibilities:Review of credit bureau exceptions, investigate, drive resolution and re-submit rejected accountsImplement AI solutions to process auto closures and other account fixes so data/analytical ability is requiredSupport Product rule review exercise on maintenance specific business rulesExecute credit balance remediationClear non disbursementsRecon ROBOT report daily and ensure no journal failuresreview daily ops dashboard and ensure that issues are being resolvedaddress Loan general enquiriesaccount level screen prints for complaints / enquiriesdocument retrieval and review of exception reportsdocumenting all processes, understand systems etc.
Background and experience required:Years of ExperienceIndustry ExperiencePreferably knowledge of credit products/loans5+ yearsMust-have Skills (Mandatory Skills):Include minimum years of experience required per skillAutomation and robotics/AI
