Supervise, train, and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Leverage logistics software and technology to streamline operations and enhance visibility across the supply chain.Core Competencies: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
