OPERATIONS MANAGER TRAINEE
Hillpet is looking for an Operations Manager Trainee to join the team. The individual will be trained on overseeing the day to day functions of the organization to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, while assisting the Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
Ensure high-quality bids by implementing quality control processes.
Assist in managing office procurement, inventory and logistics.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Implement and manage technology and systems to support operational efficiency.
Assist in managing operational budgets and costs to achieve financial objectives.
Assist in managing facilities and services impacting operational activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management or similar.
Minimum 1 year work experience in a managerial role.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer Literacy.
Strategic planner and logical thinker.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good leadership and people management skills.
Performance and Budget management.
Quality control and Risk management.
