MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage and oversee the implementation of operational activities in the province by providing technical support of Seda business plan, policies, procedures and processes.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Develop, oversee and ensure implementation of an integrated Provincial Operations plan and operational activities. Monitor and evaluate provincial operational performance. Manage infrastructure. Financial, risk and compliance management. REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Matric (NQF Level 4) plus B-Tech or Bachelor's degree (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) /Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering as added advantage REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 - 8 year's work experience in Operations Management 2-3 years managerial experience. Project, quality & risk management experience Experience in implementing support strategies or continuous management of processes or change management Exposure to small business enterprise development sector; stakeholder relations and information management systems.
