Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the Cleaning daily operationsPerform daily manpower planning, deployment and management of staff rosterPlan, develop, revise and implement new operational proceduresReview and implement Productivity and Innovation initiativesMonitor, analyse and implement measures to optimize operational KPIOverall asset management to ensure optimal performance and serviceability with all stakeholdersLiaison with customer on operational mattersLiaison with Contractors on Vehicle and Equipment BreakdownDrivers Attendance, Leave Planning & Off PlanningRecruitment and Orientation for new drivers and crewsInventory managementPrepare Monthly Reports - Operational/Incident/Accident/KPIs, etcMonthly Training for StaffLiaison Support BD activitiesIncident/Accident investigation and ReportingAny other duty as assignedJob RequirementMinimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering / environmental certificatesMinimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a managerial rolePosses good interpersonal and communication skillsAble to start work within a short period
