We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Retail Department; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.As an Operations Manager, you will oversee M-KOPA's retail outlets, ensuring high operational standards across security, shop management, and daily operations.
You will manage stock processes, including daily inventory counts, FIFO practices, and stock allocation.
A key part of your role will be to ensure the timely repair of phones by working with third-party repair partners.
You will also focus on developing Retail Team Leaders, ensuring they are empowered to perform their roles independently.
You will be at the forefront of ensuring our retail outlets operate smoothly, with an emphasis on top-notch security, operational standards, and excellent customer service.
