Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, picking, inbound and outbound, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements: Relevant Tertiary qualification - Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering Two to three years' experience in a relevant Operational role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software such as SAP.
Ability to inspire and lead a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Understanding of warehouse operations and technology.
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and new challenges.
