Operations Manager

Opening or closing the office on a daily basis.Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers and customers.Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.Oversee projects and ensure high-quality standards are met.Work with team members to complete duties as needed.Ensure the company complies with health and safety requirements.RequirementsMatric.Electrical Engineer Degree/B Tech or similar (must have practical experience).Qualified Installation Electrician with Wireman's License (must have strong admin skills).Hospitality and electricity experience will be advantageous.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.Expert knowledge of electrical reticulation and wiring.Excellent self-management.Valid driver's license.
