Operations Manager

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Benoni. Role : Operations Manager Industry : Renewable Energy Level : Mid-Senior Level Key Requirements: Bachelors Degree and Project Management certification 5 years of experience in operations management in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries. Proven track record of managing large-scale installation projects (residential, commercial, and agricultural). Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes. Valid driver's license and vehicle. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Personal Attributes: · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams. · Financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management. · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
