DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee cleaning staff on remote sites within the Western Cape.
QualificationsMatric
Driver's License
Min 2 years Management experience in a similar industry (Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control)
Service based
ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clients to maintain and enhance relationships.
Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage and supervise cleaning supervisors where applicable.
Manage and supervise cleaning staff and subcontractors.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Handling client complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
Budget management and cost control for cleaning operations.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Training and development of cleaning staff.
