Operations Manager

We're on the hunt for an Operations Manager who will maintain and direct the daily operations of our sales business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, IT and other departments.This person will be responsible for our operational infrastructure such as our sales platforms, technology, software and our nationwide franchise operations with the primary focus on shaping the future of our sales processes.If You've Got The FollowingA 3-year degree, (think BCom, MBA, LLB, Commercial)Been in an operations manager role (or similar) for the last 3 yearsAND Experience WithExperience of leading IT Systems development through 3rd parties.Being involved with annual budgets and data strategies.Strong operations background with the understanding of the Sales/Franchise environment in order to support that environment and propel it forward.We would love to hear from you!Click here to apply.
