Operations Manager

We're on the hunt for an Operations Manager who will maintain and direct the daily operations of our sales business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, IT, and other departments.This person will be responsible for our operational infrastructure such as our sales platforms, technology, software, and our nationwide franchise operations with the primary focus on shaping the future of our sales processes.If you've got the following:A 3-year degree (think BCom, MBA, LLB, Commercial)Been in an operations manager role (or similar) for the last 3 yearsAND experience with:Leading IT Systems development through 3rd parties.Being involved with annual budgets and data strategies.Strong operations background with an understanding of the Sales/Franchise environment to support that environment and propel it forward.We would love to hear from you!Our values drive everything we do.
