Our client in the Import and Export Industry is looking to hire an Operations Leader to fill the vacant position in their institution.
Responsibilities: Establishing, improving, and implementing the company's supply chain management, quality management system, and manufacturing process.
Responsible for implementing the company regulatory framework effectively at the work site, following up on the final implementation results, and ensuring continual improvement.
Leading the team to finish sorting and containment tasks according to customer requirements.
Responsible for manpower arrangement and coordination, evaluating and updating the manpower skill matrix.
Responsible for standardization and 5S implementation, coaching, and training the operators according to new project working instructions, and detecting and controlling project risks.
Responsible for cost control of manpower and consumables.
Communicating with customers, organizing regulation meetings with related departments, and improving internal working efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and slipping cases, submitting 8D reports in a timely manner.
Coordinating with HR and the operation department to ensure smooth cooperation.
Monitoring auto market trends, competitors' strategies, and related national policies.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in business, logistics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with department management experience; third-party quality inspection industry background is preferred.
Familiarity with product definition, product development, field service cycles, and processes.
Familiarity with TS16949 quality management systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently and readiness for urgent business travel.
