While this role does include HR responsibilities, the main focus is on operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, be efficient, and able to manage their tasks independently. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and will play a vital role in supporting the retail branches. Key Responsibilities: Assist in branch audits and ensure operational efficiency Support project planning and execution Day-to-day management of retail branch operations Managing HR, including payroll, administration, recruitment, training, disciplinary processes, labour, H&S, staff training etc Requirements: Strong operational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in managing HR both Industrial relations and Administration A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Kind Regards
