The role involves overseeing day-to-day lodge operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will lead game drives and nature walks, provide guest activities, and ensure smooth operational coordination across all departments. Responsibilities:Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring efficiency across all departmentsManage and train staff, ensuring high standards of serviceLead game drives and nature walks, providing informative commentaryCoordinate guest activities and ensure guest satisfactionMonitor inventory, reports, and maintain lodge systemsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsRequirements:Proven lodge management experience, ideally in a 5-star environmentFGASA qualification and field guiding experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassion for wildlife, conservation, and luxury guest serviceValid driver's license with 4x4 driving experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
