WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We need a detail-oriented multitasker to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across client engagements. If you're organized, a problem-solver, and adaptable, we want you!
WHAT YOU NEED: Experience: 2+ years in operations, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in a remote or client-facing environment.Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.Flexibility: Willingness to step into various roles, including leadership or teaching, as needed.Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Coordination: Oversee client-related tasks, ensuring all assignments are handled efficiently and communicated effectively to the relevant teams.Internal Communication: Maintain and update internal communication platforms, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of information.Operational Monitoring: Conduct daily checks on operations to ensure accuracy and address any issues promptly.Schedule Management: Review and adjust schedules as necessary, coordinating with team leads to ensure all needs are met.Leave Management: Process and approve leave requests, coordinating with team members to maintain seamless operations.Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.Leadership Support: Provide occasional leadership support, stepping into key roles as required to ensure continuity and efficiency.
