Operations Controller

Main Purpose: To assist in performing administrative functions within the department. Key Responsibility Areas: Export experience Accept customer sales ordersGenerate container utilisation and make necessary amendmentsConsolidated final market orders on SageGenerate PFI'sQuality check samples upon receiptBin transfersGenerated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO, and legalisation) Knowledge & Experience: Matric or senior certification equivalentA minimum of 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and exports High level of computer literacy Skills & Attributes: Ability to think strategicallyAbility to work under pressureGood decision-making skillsWork independently and in a teamExcellent client orientationGood communication skillsAbility to manage time efficiently and effectivelyAbility to build strong customer relationshipsTake prompt action to accomplish objectivesMaintain, develop, and sustain productive customer relationshipsAttention to detaillExcellent conflict management skills
