Finance:

Debtors
Creditors
Purchasing – Placing PO and Local sourcing
Quotes – Preparing documents
Logistics – sourcing freight rates – Local & International
Travel arrangements
Wages
Salaries
Tenders – Sourcing, Prep documents, and Submission
Invoicing
Monthly reports - Financial
Projects – Costing for Bidding and Executing
Compliance VAT summaries
VAT submissions
PAYE submissions
UIF submissions
EMP 501 recon for accountants
SARS recons / ADR Recons
CIPRO Applications
WMC Applications
Trust Compliance docs as and when
Banking
Prepare batches for payments
Prepare payment schedules

Factory:

Overall overview on factory operations regarding manufacturing operations, materials supply, and other general aspects
Turning, Welding, CNC Turning, General Engineering, Shop Operations overseeing 5 staff members
