As part of SanlamConnect, Succession Financial Planning (SFP) is a financial services provider with a focus on the Registered Financial Adviser (RFA), looking to grow a professional practice while offering holistic financial planning to their clients. SFP is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sanlam Group.
To provide and deliver effective and comprehensive administrative support services to the Succession Financial Planning Sales Team. The ideal individual must have strong administrative skills with strong planning and organisation skills, be detail-orientated, structured, have good communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Output/Core Tasks: Provide administrative support to the Succession Sales Team in terms of the following:CommPay and Sanfin Relationship ManagementJira ManagementCommPay setup, management, and maintenanceEstablishing and maintaining networks with key stakeholders and other administrative support staff.Commission Query managementSuspense account managementMail and information managementClient liaisonTime and priority managementAdministrative supportWhat will make you successful in this role?Experience at IRESS or relatedGood communication & presentation skillsSupport with conducting related research and reportingSupport with other related ad hoc projectsQualification & experienceGrade 12National Diploma or Degree in IT or relatedAdministration qualification preferableExperience with the financial services industry will be an advantageKnowledge and skillsMS: Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Financial services industry knowledge and interestRelevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge and interestPersonal qualitiesTech savvyCultivates innovationClient centricityResults drivenCollaborationFlexibility and adaptabilityCommunicates effectivelyPlans and alignsAction orientedInstils trustCore CompetenciesBeing resilientCustomer focusCollaboratesCultivates innovationDrives resultsTurnaround timeThe closing date for applications is 23 August 2024.
