Operations Administration Manager

Key Accountable Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to Head of Operations. Effectively engage with stakeholders and act on daily instructions. Manages team effectively, data receipt and engage on business data requirements. Retrieves, analyses data, consolidates information and ensure accuracy. Identifies possible solutions and provides information, recommendations and resolutions. Competency and qualification requirements: NQF 6 or other relevant qualification in the industry, business or related field. 3 years experience in commercial related experience (Microfinance sector). 3 years experience in management. Advanced Excel, Word, Qliksense, Microsoft suite. Intermediate analytical ability.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
