That's our new purpose - and we can only get there through cutting-edge technology and exceptional people.Job ResponsibilitiesOperational / Admin ManagementOversee daily store operation checklist, roster and ensure full compliance.Handle store cleaning schedule planning, managing change requests.Monitor accessories stock inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies and products are available (replenishment).Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained (liaise with project manager on ad-hoc requests).Compile meeting minutes (preparation source of information for sharing during store manager meetings).Data EntryData extraction from Power BI (with basic knowledge of Power BI) - Updating sales data with simple formulas required.Key stakeholder to maintain NPS tracker (Net Promoter Score) with constant follow-up with the retail store colleagues.Extract sales data on a daily basis.Create and maintain Google documents (including Google Sheets, Google Slides as required from the team on a daily basis).Office/ Back Office ManagementManage office & store supplies including replenishment of dry stores and necessities.Replenish staff uniforms.Handle printer configuration.Support recall/reassignment of IT devices for stores including asset transfer.Who Are We Looking ForMinimum Qualifications:Polytechnic diploma or equivalent in business administration, management, office management, or a related field.Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Good multitasking abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Preferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of Power BI.
