Operational Risk Manager

Job DescriptionInvestigates and reports on risk within the company and liaises with auditors to reduce risk in the company.ResponsibilitiesKeep abreast of the bank's risk appetite and system/technology or platform updates.Stay informed about emerging operational risks.Work in close partnership with the C&I ERM team as well as the deployed operational risk management teams to support end-to-end operational risk management.Provide support to the management of the C&I IT risk profile.Partner with the deployed operational risk teams to ensure the reporting of relevant operational risk events in line with the C&I reporting standard and relevant policies.Understand the end-to-end operational risk processes and how to optimize them.Facilitate the identification, assessment, and relevant mitigation of operational risk in line with the ORMF.Job DetailsApplication Closing Date: 27/09/24All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
