Operational Excellence Coordinator - North West England (Regional Role) | Urgent Job 06 Nov 2024North West England Region (Travel)This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is developing their lean / continuous improvement skills as a Practitioner. You will embed a long-term culture of lean management into an organisation in the medium term of their lean journey, with much support and training as well as Main Board sponsorship.An important position forming part of the integral Operational Excellence Mission within this global multibillion Euro group, the Operational Excellence Coordinator will be employed within their UK organisation with several sites across the UK.Key Responsibilities:Deliver lean projects utilizing lean tools and coaching / mentoring skills across the North West of England.Manage lean / continuous improvement (CI) projects within manufacturing, engineering or construction environments.Minimum Requirements:Demonstrate some (probably limited) experience in managing lean / continuous improvement projects.Graduate calibre with ideally Six Sigma Green Belt certification (not essential).Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills.Full UK Driving License.Please note that travel across the North West of England is regular with some home / remote working. The package includes a car allowance of £7,500 per annum, an annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits including an employer pension contribution of 7.5%.
