Role Overview:
As an Online Vehicle Part Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for procuring and selling parts to online customers. Your role demands extensive expertise in vehicle parts, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer operations
Valid driver's license
Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling vehicle parts (used, after-market, or new)
Profound technical knowledge of vehicles
Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
Driven by targets and customer-centric approach
Excellent verbal communication and sales acumen

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business
Identify and engage new clients while nurturing relationships with trade accounts
Provide expert advice to customers on available parts and products
Accurately manage the process of ordered parts in the Customer Relationship Manager, ensuring precision in processing and invoicing
Actively promote and upsell products, contributing to promotional activities
Offer assistance in the pick-up and delivery of parts when necessary
