About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Online / Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
You'll collaborate with a skilled programmer and creative graphic designers to ensure effective online campaigns and targeted strategies.
Your role will focus on audience engagement, ensuring the right message reaches the right people, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement online marketing strategies tailored to target audiences Manage and optimize social media platforms and e-commerce activities Oversee SEO and SEM to ensure website visibility and traffic growth Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed Coordinate with Programmers for technical website enhancements Work with Graphic Designers to create visually appealing and effective content Requirements: Proven experience in online / digital marketing, including social media and e-commerce Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Creative mindset with a results-driven approach Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Advantages: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms Experience in managing online advertising campaigns Location: Ideally based in Bloemfontein, but remote working is an option for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience.
