Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in panel beating and a passion for customer service?Were looking for an On the Road Accident Assessor to join our clients team!Key Responsibilities:Assess daily claims for damages and manage repair decisions.Address discrepancies with repairers and assessing companies.Enforce repair guidelines and maintain strong relationships with repairers.Ensure quality control through performance reports and invoice validation.Audit assessments for accuracy and eliminate cost duplication.Review and approve additional work as needed.Hold repairers accountable for quality standards.Qualifications:Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.Valid South African drivers license.Own vehicle not older than 2 years.Qualified panel beater with 2+ years of assessing/costing experience.VDQ Professional Membership.Management experience in a panel/mechanical repair environment.Skills & Competencies:Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.Ability to make decisions under pressure.Commitment to quality and standards.If youre ready to take on this exciting role and contribute to a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!Preference will be given to qualified individuals from designated groups.
