Role Overview: As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to ensure our client meets all relevant laws and regulations.
You will play a key role in monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and providing guidance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Programs: Develop and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures.Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess potential compliance issues.Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments and audits to improve controls and address compliance gaps.Investigations: Investigate non-compliance issues, fraud, and unethical behaviour, recommending corrective actions.Employee Guidance: Advise employees on compliance matters and ethical standards.Training: Create and deliver training programs to educate staff on compliance responsibilities.Collaboration: Work with various departments to address and resolve compliance issues.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including audits and investigations.Regulatory Liaison: Communicate with regulatory authorities and stay informed on best practices.Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures.Compliance Metrics: Track compliance metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.Due Diligence: Review third-party vendors for compliance with contracts and regulations.Marketing Review: Ensure marketing materials meet regulatory requirements and company policies.Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.Requirements: Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.Previous experience in a compliance role is required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various teams.If you meet all of the above, please apply directly here.
