On-Site Uc Engineer (Technology)

Salary: R30 000 to R40 000 p.m (12 months contract)Our client in the technology industry is looking for a dedicated, permanently on-site Unified Communications Engineer.Key Responsibilities:Management of client Skype for Business deploymentPolycom On-premise VC Infrastructure monitoring, management and schedulingUC/AV First Line Support and conference assistance for all users, nationally.Troubleshooting and repairing of faulty solutionsManagement of all Boardrooms, including AV and VC equipmentImplementation, testing and monitoring of Proof of Concept deploymentsAll reporting required from the clientResponding to calls logged by usersProviding remote/telephonic supportReview, understand and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in Ubuntu's Health and safety policyMandatory Skills Requirements:Skype for Business implementation qualifications and provable track record.
